1. RETURN and REFUND

     

    Return and exchange policy

     

    At iDecorHome, our primary goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. Please read the content as follows.

     

    We are willing to help you return, exchange, or get a refund for any cause that makes you unsatisfied with the products you've purchased.

     

    Within 30 days of receiving your original order, you may return any unused, undamaged products for a complete refund or exchange. The costs of shipping and handling are not refundable.

     

     

    Warranty period

     

    For a period of three years following the date of purchase for new products, we warrant that our products, when installed and used as directed, will be free from material and workmanship flaws. Our items are not guaranteed against general use and tear or damage as a result of misuse, alterations, or improper maintenance.

     

    If you feel you have received a defective product, we shall, in line with the conditions of this limited warranty, either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s). We guarantee the replacement for the duration of the original product's warranty that is still in effect.



    Only the product's original buyer and items purchased directly from us are covered by this limited guarantee. Only we and our authorized sellers, who are obligated to adhere to our policies, procedures, and quality control requirements, are permitted to legally sell our products. For products purchased from illegitimate sellers, including unauthorized websites, we reserve the right to deny warranty claims. This limited warranty does not guarantee that the product will operate without interruption or mistakes.

     

    Please note: Our products only come with this limited warranty.

     

    2. PROCEDURE OF GOODS RETURN

     

      2.1 Please contact our customer support via E-mail, or online chatting during our working hours.

      2.2 Send us an email with a photo of the goods, please. The status of the products needs to be verified.   

       

      We will response within 12 hours during business days, we will response within 72 hours if weekends. Our team will offer you return and exchange guidance according to your specific requirements. Kindly let us know your purpose, then we will provide you the returned address.

       

      2.3 Express delivery is required for the return of any items (together with any parts or attachments). Deliver the item to the address we supply.

       

      2.4  Once we have confirmed that your returned tracking number is valid, we will refund you. Refund payment methods include credit card, debit card, and PayPal.  

       

      2.5 Transaction fees may be charged by your bank, the expedited air shipping fee, tipping are voluntarily assumed by you at the time of the transaction, payments of these charges are the responsibility of yourside and will not be refundable or covered by us here at iDecorHome. 

       

      We are committed to ensuring that all of our customers are fulfilled, therefore we invite you to get in touch with us if the item you bought falls far short of your expectations.

       

      2.6 Custom orders are not applicable of Returns & Refund unless there is quality issue.

      Cautions:

      *Warnings: Clients must return goods to a designated address address. You will receive email updates from us about returns. There is a different returning warehouse for every nation or region. After we get the returned items, we will arrange a full refund and email you.

       

      *Orders for returns require order number to be written on the outside of the package.

       

      3. Cancellation

      You can cancel your order, orders can not be cancelled if the items are under production or shipped out.

       

      Within 30 days of receiving the items, kindly let us know whether you would like a refund, return, or exchange.
