We are always covering the shopping cost for orders over $500.
For orders below $500, $69 shipping fee will be charged.
The impact of the present COVID-19 may be causing extra delays in the logistics. We sincerely regret any trouble this may have caused.
Due to the demand for our products, shipment often takes 20 to 25 business days, depending on your shipping destination. You are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped. Just be patient; we're sure it will be worthwhile in the end. We'll try our best to assist you in solving the issue if there are any shipping-related issues.
Our products will be delivered in a trackable and secure method. Whatever product you order, you can rest assured that you will receive it on time. With iDecorHome you will not only save on shipping costs, you are also guaranteed to receive the packages in its best condition.
For shipping, we required up to 4 weeks for delivery orders before they are listed as missing. After 8 weeks, you can request for a refund or a resend.
